Siat Group acquires 100% sake in CHC
15 augustus 2007:
The Siat Group acquired in august 2007 a 100% sake in the 'Compagnie Hévéicole du Cavally (CHC)' in Ivory Coast.
CHC consists of approx. 5.000 ha of industrial rubber plantations, approx. 5.000 ha of outgrower rubber plantations and a rubber processing facility. The company produces today approx. 7.500 tons of crumb rubber per annum.
We welcome CHC and all its personnel to the Siat family!
