Palm Oil Mill Manager - Africa

Your position :

You will be responsible for all aspects of the palm oil milling process, including maintenance and extension programs. These include:

• Overall in charge of the technical supervision and follow-up of the palm oil mill;
• Implementation of industrial investment programs;
• Taking the necessary initiatives to meet budgetary targets and project deadlines;
• Training technicians in various disciplines;
• Supervision of contractors and subcontractors;
• Coordination and monitoring the work of the different production teams;
• Reporting to the Director of Operations of the subsidiary you are seconded to and the Group Technical Director of Siat;
• Based on one of our estates in Africa.

Your profile :

• Masters degree in Engineering (Electro-Mechanical or Chemical Technology) or a Masters degree in Agronomy (Food Technology or Biosystem Technology);
• Dynamic and hands-on professional, not afraid of taking on a challenge;
• Fluency in French and English is essential;
• Computer literate (Excel, Word, Autocad, etc);
• Flexible and self-motivated.
