Workshop/General Services Manager - Africa

Your position:

Full management/supervision of workshop for heavy duty machinery, light vehicles, gen sets etc;
Supervision of workshop staff : performance, time keeping, cost allocation;
Programming and implementation of fleet maintenance program;
Preparation of procurement requirements;
Responsibility/supervision of workshop stock, tools & equipment;
In charge of the general services department (maintenance of buildings, roads, bridges, …);
Reporting to the Managing Director and the Group Technical Director;
Based on one of the group's subsidiaries in Africa.

Your profile :

Degree in Technical / Mechanical engineering complemented with a minimum of 5 years experience at management level;
Age bracket: 33 – 55 max;
Capacity to communicate and share your vision with the teams you form, motivate and lead forward;
Proficiency in the French language is an absolute must;
Computer Literate;
Experience in a developing country is a plus.
